ALL WHITE ATTIRE

Since 2002 The Spann Foundation has awarded the "Spann Foundation Scholarship" to deserving minority students. This scholarship is designated for students who will be attending a four-year accredited college or university. This one-time, non-refundable scholarship was created in memory of Rev. James W. Spann II and Margo Wilma Spann, who dedicated their lives to helping minority students reach their fullest potential through education! Their dedication to the community has left a lasting impression on the lives of those they helped and this foundation will honor that legacy through our scholarships.
